YARS Helps Launch Soldiers to Serbia



The Ohio National Guard’s 838th Military Police Company based out of Youngstown, Ohio arrives at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station USO lounge June 8. USO volunteers treated the ONG 838th MPC to food, games and movies as they waited to board a C-17 Globemaster on YARS’s flightline. The 910th Logistics Readiness Squadron palletized the soldiers’ equipment and gear to go on to the aircraft. The ONG 838th MPC went to the Republic of Serbia as part of exercise Platinum Wolf, a multinational peacekeeping exercise.
